I called and explained in great detail of why I was scheduling the appointment, go to my scheduled appointment and am not seen until 2 hours after my appointment time for them to tell me that they can't treat me. If the receptionist knew what services they provided I wouldn't have missed a half days pay and waited 2 hours for them to say they can't help me!

I took my mom here on 7/13 for a 1pm appointment. We arrived at 12:20 and signed in. We were hardly acknowledged and sat until our appointment time before we were even given the mountain of paperwork to complete when we could have been working on it since we were 40 minutes early! Anyway, this immediately put us about 40 minutes past our appointment time. Another patient came in and finally at 2:05 my mom asked her "do you always have to wait this long?" And she said yes, it's always 2 or 3 hours. She had been there since 10am and it was 2:05! Most of the employees acted like they could have cared less that we were there. When we walked in, one of the girls that didn't bother to say anything was on her computer which faces the waiting room looking at a Panera Bread menu trying to figure out what she wanted for lunch. We never did get seen as we had to leave for another appointment . Felt it was totally ridiculous to make someone wait that long and especially when we heard its like that all the time, we were outta there and not going back!

I am totally satisfied with Baltimore Pain Management. Everyone goes out of their way to take care of you. I would highly recommend them to everyone. I would give them a 6th star if I could. Marie from Middle River, MD
