I also had the unfortunate exp...

I also had the unfortunate experience of suffering nearly a foot of water in the lower level of my home durning hurricane Sandy. I can honestly say that while this was one of the worst experiences I had ever encountered the professional and courteous men from this franchise immediately assured me that they would take care of everything and did indeed stand true to their word and responded the moment our power was restored. Our home is large and was fully furnished, these hard working gentlemen removed the carpeting, padding, removed the dry wall and insulation they even went as far as to disconnect and move a 100 pound pellet stove to allow the piping to be removed. Once my home had been meticulously cared for regarding dehumidifying and drying the areas they again went above and beyond the call of duty by removing all of my personal belongings from my home and hauling them away. I had the good fortune of getting to know the gentlemen who work for this franchise and they are all kind caring family men who have worked with this company for years. Their attitude was very clearly to treat my home the way they would want someone to care for theirs. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs this type of service. You will not find a more kind and caring and honest group of individuals. Regarding billing they very thoroughly explained everything to me up front, in fact the owner came to my home many times and personally reviewed the billing procedure with me. In my opinion they did not bill enough for the work and hours they dedicated to restoring my home. I thank each and every member of their staff sincerely for their hard work and level of professionalism that is not always present in today's fast paced society.



Unfortunately, over the last 1...

Unfortunately, over the last 14 months our basement has flooded twice! Fortunately, I was referred to ServPro of Perry Hall and was able to utilize their damage and restoration service for both catastrophe's. They are the Gold Standard in Customer Service. Not only did they arrive at our house in a timely fashion, they were able to remove the water, debris, and any other damaged items with-in 24 hours.

ServPro of Perry Hall's follow-on work included the following:

1) using state-of-the-art equipment to remove remaining dampness from the basement; (Dehumidification)

2) Inventory Contents Claim service;

2) providing documentation on their work. (This included original estimates, documentation for insurance company, and, timeline for work to be completed/conducted.);

3) Courtesy phone calls on up-to-date progress; and

4) At least 3 visits during the restoration process and 1 final visit for sign-off.

All of the work included technicians that were professional, neat, and had a strong work-ethic that should be the ultimate benchmark in restoration services.
