        Shelby & Miguelena restored the facade on a 60 year old two story shop / apartment that had no maintenance in those 60 years. Work included leveling an attached ancillary building's rotted foundation and rebuilding a pair of 8' x 14' bi-parting doors.

        Price was fair, no surprises, per schedule and absolutely top quality workmanship.

        I met with them twice, once to define the scope of work and again to develop a punch list. There was no punch list.everything was as discussed. The project was in Roseburg and I live in Troutdale (Portland).

        Would I use the again? ABSOLUTELY.
