They have a pretty decent selection of guns and ammo. Their prices are, frankly, way too high for this area on guns and ammo, though accessories are priced right. I pick up parts and accessories there at times, but can consistently find guns at a much better rate elsewhere, including online with shipping/transfer costs factored in, so its rare that I bother checking there these days. Their customer service ranges from pretty good to really quite bad.

The same is true of their gunsmithing services. For basic stuff (mounting scopes, pads, etc.) they are pretty good and the prices reasonable. For anything that requires machining, they can't or won't do it. I've had at least two jobs I brought in for them to do, went through all the paperwork for them log it in to their gunsmith, then got a call saying they can't do it. The work was simply done elsewhere, but it would nice to know up front if/when they can't handle a job as it is a waste of time.

All and all, its a mixed bag. Not terrible, but nothing to get excited about either.
