        Diamond Power has always helped me with my equipment in the past. That's why I asked whether I could order a specific model of Husqvarna equipment from them. I was told only Lowes sold that model. I explained that Lowes already told me they didn't sell that model and I would have to go through a dealer. Diamond Power then told me the owner doesn't sell that model because they are made cheaply. I asked what was wrong with it. He didn't elaborate and instead referred me to another Husqvarna dealer.

        I don't understand:

        1. Why Diamond Power lists the equipment model as available on their website even though they are unwilling to sell it to me.

        2. The downside of Diamond Power placing this order for me since they are listed as a Husqvarna dealer. If the equipment requires service, Oregon law (2017 ORS 650.390) requires dealers to be reimbursed for any warranty service they provide and 130% for parts.

        3. Why, if a Husqvarna product is made cheaply, Diamond Power referred me to a local dealer competitor.

        I can only conclude business must be very good.
