        First Call Propane, Inc opened for business in August of 2010 but we are not by any means new to the propane business. Dale Winterton, owner and President of First Call Propane, has over 32 years of experience in the wholesale and retail propane industry. To many of our customers he is known affectionately as "that nice Winterton boy" or the "Propane Guy". The employees at First Call Propane strive to develop strong relationships with our customers so we will be viewed as indispensable and reliable partners, not just another supplier. We work diligently with each customer to provide for all their propane needs, address safety concerns and accomplish this in a safe and timely manner. We are not only selling a product, we are selling service and every customer is important to us.

        Overall

        I would give this business 10 stars if that was an option. Best service, honest, great people. We have been struggling with my husband being out of work, having a hard time making ends meet and this company continues to work with us on our bill. I will always go with small businesses like this, I like the personal touch and I think it's great that I get the owner when I call, not just a answering service. Highly recommend.

        To all of you who have been told by First Call Propane that LCL and Western Petroleum was charging you way to much for propane, and ripping you off, let it be known that the owner of First Call Propane was the manager for both and was the one who set the prices. He was also the dispatcher who was disrespectful to a lot of customers on the phone. Just think the truth should be out there.

        Talk about great pricing and best of all great service! My husband and I were referred to First Call Propane by a friend of ours after we complained that we felt our current propane provider was charging us to much. We also felt like the provider we were using also really didn't care about our needs or even care if they got our business! So we took our friends advice and called First Call Propane. We were not disappointed. Not only did we save a substantial amount on our propane, Dale was happy to have our business and treated us the way a business should treat it customers. I highly recommend First Call Propane!!!

        Dale knows customer service!!!...

        Dale knows customer service!!!! He has taken care of my family's propane needs for over 21 years now. I can always count on him to keep my tank full. His price is consistant and is always lower than the competition. He is honest and really cares about his customers. I have no hesitation in referring Dale and his business First Call Propane to my friends and neighbors for their propane needs.
