The installation itself was just fine, Mike and his crew are great! The excavator, however, was another story. To say we are not happy is an understatement!

From beginning to end, Brian from Sparkle Pools was a tremendous help. I reached out to him for installation services and the advice and guidance he gave was amazing. I would recommend him and Sparkle Pools to anyone looking to get a pool installed. When it came to the day of installation, his crew were professional and patient with my indecisiveness on pool location. Their knowledgeable recommendations were great during a potential stressful process of getting a large pool installed.

Beware... Owner is very cunning...the companies employees took out our plastic stairs from our above ground pool and they rip our liner, sparkle did not admit fault just pass the buck and blamed the manufacture. Has one employee that is bipolar, Sparkle made appts and they did a no show..
