Unprofessional. The person who answered the phone told me shed deliver only to businesses...then told me nvm that shed deliver to me. Then when I proceeded to place my order, she put me on hold and picked up the phone again and told me nevermind that she cant deliver to me. She told me to go to the Wayne location. I looked it up and only found a Westland location. I called back to tell her there arent any Wayne locations and she proceeded to argue the fact that I was wrong, and that there certainly is a Wayne location and she doesnt have the information, so to leave them alone because they won't deliver to me. I live 1.7 miles away from them...They lost what would have been a very frequent customer. Disappointing.

Baldo's Restaurant has the worst customer service I have ever seen and they don’t care about their customers. I ordered a carryout that consisted of 1 dinner and a 2 liter of pop. I spent $21 dollars not including the tip for delivery. Long story short they forgot my 2 liter, so I called and asked to speak with a manager, woman on the phone said they were too busy, After speaking to the lady on the phone she offered to knock $2.30 off my next order instead of bringing my 2 liter out to me, “I said no I need the pop to drink with meal and asked would they do anything for the inconvience on my next order, they said NO. So a different driver came out and brought the 2 liter however it was not the one I asked for, but I took it anyway because they can’t get anything right. Remind you I was already done with meal and had to drink tap water with meal. Myself, family and friends have been ordering from them for a very long time even held a work party there, however I WILL NOT EVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN. The very least they could have done was offered a discount on my next order and apologized, but I didn’t get either from them. Seems like they would want to take care of their repeat customers. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND
i wanted to try something new so I gave Glenda's a call. As I walked in, they were just pulling my pizza from the oven. It was made so perfect!! None of my toppings were falling off, the cheese wasn't runny and, the crust was so soft and thick. Delicious pick. Definitely a returning customer now.
STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE MANAGER!!! GO WHERE THEY APPRECIATE YOUR BUSINESS because this one definitely don't!!! I ordered a pizza today FEB 8TH 2013 they sent me the wrong one, arrived 1 hour and 25 minutes later and stone cold. not to mention that this is not the first time i have had problems with orders before but never complained but i decided i wanna do it this time because the pizza they sent me was INEDIBLE .when i called to complain to the manager who comes at 5 pm, I explained to her that i don't want free pizza or discounts i just want what i paid for and that this is not the first time i had problems, and i did mention that the one they sent me was completely inedible!!!! she was very rude told me there is nothing she can do for me because the person who took the order was not supposed to be answering phones and that i have to deal with it and hung up the phone on me!!! I called again she left me on hold for over 10 minutes, i got upset called again, the phone kept ringing and ringing for over 3 minutes with no one picking up, of course because they have caller ID and she did recognize my phone number, i kept calling but again no answer for 3 times in a row, so i decided to used a different phone and call her. when she answered the phone i recognized her voice and ask her if i can speak to the manager, she said the manager is busy, so i asked for the manager name she said we don't give names out, i said that's the first time i hear that in a business where u can not tell me the manager's first name, than all of the sudden she is now the manager (after denying that at first) and told me " I was gonna give you a five dollar coupon but u don't deserve it and i am gonna hang up the phone". I did not believe how rude and unprofessional she was. I contacted the upper management office in Ann Arbor, but I don't know if they care enough to take care of their poor store managers!!
NO WAY am I ever ordering from them again. I did not received my 12" steak sub, instead i got an order of 12 sticks chocolate delight. When I called to have my order fixed, Hanna, who took my order was extremly rude with an attitude (not forgetting the "f---" word). When I ask to please speak to the manager, she identify herself as "the manager", in wich she blames me for aproving the order when she repeated on the phone. I couldn't even eat my sub because I was afraid she might have spit on the food because of her attitude. I gave them 1 star because the pizza had a great flavor besided the fact that they forgot to cut the pie.
This was the first time we ordered. The pizza was hot, fresh, and delicious.
