The car looks better than new, and they got it back quick, to help my family get back to some normalcy. So grateful

Overall, this was a positive experience. My car is a bit more reliable (I went in for maintenance) and the staff was very cool. I will certainly come back in the future.

I made an appointment to come in today because I found a nail in my tire. The pressure had not dropped because my indicator light had not turned on yet. I guess I had found the nail early on. They patched it up for $30, and I was good to go.



They also have oil change coupons online. Make sure to print them out before coming in.

Very happy with service and they are not pushy on telling you what your other problems are with you vehicle. They let you know and let you decide what you need or want to do.

This Meineke location restored our faith in quality Auto Care! They were very Knowledgeable, Honest and did not try and up-sell us on any other products. Their team at this location is very professional, honest and completed all of the repairs for less than the estimate originally provided. The vehicle runs, rides and drives like a brand new car. I cannot speak highly enough of the crew they have working for them. Alain was our Service adviser at this location and provided us with updates throughout the repair process and ensured we understood all the repairs made.

My whole family and in-laws use the Meineke in Romeoville Illinois for our car care needs.We have always been very comfortable that they only recommend only those repairs that are really needed. We do not go anywhere else for our car care needs.

Very friendly and didn't have to wait long. Prices were decent as well and waiting room was nice and cool!
