Woodcreek Apartments

I will agree with some of the other statements. I do think the maintenance here is lacking. They have "rigged" many things in my apt. I do also have mildew issues but i'm not sure if that is just my location. Also, the apartments and the external buildings are definitely in need of repairs/updates. As for the VERY UNPLEASANT mgr that someone else spoke of, she is no longer employed here! Christine is very personable and professional. I no longer get sick to my stomach and/or high blood pressure when I have to deal with mgmt. There are some positives. It is somewhat secluded, yet close to "uptown." Also, I love the private entrance feature (which is a big reason why i stay here). The appliances are updated. Also the rent is discounted, to a degree, based on your income. I think this place is a good stepping stone, but perhaps not too great for a permanent location.

well its 2011 and these apartments havent changed the snow removal is horrible I have fell 2 times this winter missing work etc and the ceiling is filled with black dust from the furnance its not worth 600 plus a month for these apartments and getting some one to fix anything is a joke the managment is horrible in taking care of residents and rude avoid this place like the plague for me to work for our government and get this kind of treatment is outrageous especially when I also am in the military my kids and wife keep being sick cause of the conditions in these apartments and again management doesnt care we tried to find out the owners and they refuse to talk to tenants we are told so much for the freedom I fight for. Do Not Rent here if your military or government or anyone I would not recommend

Big mold problem!!!

Do not live here if you can avoid it! These apartments are infested with mold and are very dirty. The common areas are disgusting. And the Manager Laura is unaccommodating she is very unprofessional. During the winter the side walks are not salted to par and are not shoveled after snow storms. If you want nice apartments in the area there are very nice apartments on Cavanaugh RD off 49 or Cherry Wood. DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE THEY RE RUDE!!!!!
