Overall
poor delivery

its too bad when you enjoy reading the Rome newspaper but the newspaper decides customer satisfaction is NOT a priorty.
They fired our old delivery person and since then we have not received a paper without having to call the newspaper and threatening to cancel.
We did not receive a newspaper thursday, friday, or Sat.
On Friday morning I called about not receiving Thursdays newspaper and was promised it would be there Friday night. Friday night it didn't come, Saturday I called again , all patience lost along with the newspapers inconsistency in service, . We got 2 Friday papers and one Sat newspaper later Saturday night.
Its now Monday and there is still no newspaper at 5:15pm. I called to speak with a manager and he's in a meeting and will call me back?
Wonder what would happen if we didn't pay our bill on time and told them the check was in the mail & it will be there sooner or later? They would discontinue the paper. Now there's an answer to my problem, but why should we have to discontinue the newspaper because of poor service? That's a way to run a business?

I get more accurate news from the town Gossip`

This paper is by FAR the worst paper I have ever read. Unfortunately there are really no other options in the area. They constantly misspell words, the information is rarely accurate, and the ""news"" that they report on is absolutely absurd. Rome is a wonderful town, it's a shame to have such a horrible representation given by this paper.
