Well I was on chat and the phone. I was told and told which part I needed. The operator said they would order the part, send it to my house and I would be the one to install it. I said no. So I said send the technician out with the part, please. So They set the appointment and the technician arrived without the part. The technician ordered the part. it came 2 days later. Now I had to wait 3 weeks for the next technician. When I called I could only get an operator from India, Pakistan or some where outside the U.S. Finally they agreed to move my date up, but by 1 day and acted like this was doing me a big favor. The window of service is 8am til 5pm so 2 days lost as I had to wait all day to make sure I would not miss them. The technician that arrived was quick, courteous and pleasant. It is the process of the Sears company. They just don't care unless you are buying a warrantee. If there products are so good why do you need such an expensive warrantee. For the price of the warrantee I could have bought 30 parts.

This was the 2nd visit to replace the icemaker on our Whirlpool refrigerator. The repairman successfully replaced those parts but after 24 hours, the icemaker dispensed ice successfully into the ice bucket but the ice does not dispense through the door. It seems as though the job is incomplete.

sears will nickel and dime you to death...if you remove a blade to fix a part they charge you big to put the blade back I put it back myself. you get your brakes done on your car you don't expect to pay to have your tires put back on. you order a part, blades and a set is 40.00 yet the guy on the truck only pays 8.00, what a mark up...sears really...
