The owner will not be held responsible if he damages your phone. I went here for a iphone 6 screen replacement and the phone was working fine prior to taking it here. The phone wasn't even dropped. Just something on my desk fell over and barely cracked the screen. I take it here to get repaired and after an hour+ he can't get the screen to come on. He puts my screen back in and says sorry. I noticed he places other components from someone else phone to make it quicker which could have caused the issue. (ear piece, proximity sensor, light sensor) were from another phone. He didn't try and use my hardware.
I took my phone to 2 places in Atlanta and they told me the previous person had damaged a connector. We tried to talk to the owner but he was just like "sue my you'll lose in court"
This is the worst customer service I've had dealing with a repair. The other 2 shops in Atlanta say if they damage it during a repair they have to make it right. Avoid taking your phone or screen repairs to this shop. He had no sympathy and didn't care if I lost all my data due to his negligence.
They are very fast and did a great job fixing our pc. They are good at listening to customers as well, and solving problems that might come up. We had quick turn around - about 3 days for a burned out motherboard.
On the downside, their rates start at 65.00 an hour for basic diagnosis even for a very easy diagnosis. In some cases, like ours with an older computer, it would be cheap to just buy a new low end computer, but since we had valuable data that was at stake, it was worth it.
