Replaced my screen and broke my speaker… They are refusing to fix the issue they created because they would have to replace the screen again.

I had my phone repaired here. They claim that their technicians are "certified", but I watched them repair it, it's literally high schoolers watching youtube tutorials on changing screens! If they mess something up, then they charge you extra for the part and claim that it was already an issue before you brought it in. Not to mention that even though they do repairs "on the spot", they will hold your phone for weeks sometimes, even if you want to cancel the repair because it's "already opened and waiting for the part". The parts they put in also aren't official and are cheap third party knockoffs. The employee told me it wasn't uncommon for the screens to go out after a couple of days but it was ok because I could get a 10% discount for my second repair. Ridiculous, would rather pay extra at a proper place.
