I had the car maybe 1.5 weeks and within 20 minutes of leaving with the car problems started, I called and she sounded annoyed and told me to call back the next day. I did and everyday for a week straight because the car started running hot and no one would call me back. Took it to get a computer check print out and was told the car's computer had been erased. Took the car back to the lot and was told would get a call later that day explaining what was wrong with the car. Never happened so I showed up and was told to call corporate and I did. Amazing how fast a manager ( I use this term very loosely) can call you back after a email from corporate. Was told I had damaged the car and he was going to take the car back and mark it was a voided sell, ok with me. When asked for my money back he blew up and long story short, he said he was going to take back the voided sell and mark it as a repo and put it on my credit report. Fought with corporate for almost a month, finally got my down payment back, and was not supposed to have a repo on my credit report because there was NO REPO. He was mad because someone called him out on being crooked. His name is Jonathan Wood. Not only did he put a repo on my record because he was mad for being called out, he also threatened my fiancé with calling the police and as we were walking out the front door he threw his hands up saying 'Come get some, the police aren't here yet'. How does this so called 'manager ' have a job and how is this business still open? DO NOT COME HERE TO BUY ANYTHING, IT IS A RIP OFF. The ONLY decent person here is the assistant manager, Chad. He's too good to be working here.

Our vehicle has broken down twice since we have had it. We purchased it last August. Each time they tell you to get a diagnostic ran on the car then bring it in. How can you possibly have this done when it is broken down? It will not run or anything. We have paid a great deal of money for this vehicle and it has caused us a lot of stress. The people who answered the phone could care less. We have never been late to make a payment. I wish someone would reach out to us regarding this vehicle.
Do not go to car Mart of Rome ga. It is nothing but a money gimic. You car get a car from them for any kind of trade in. But what they don't tell you is that the car is crap. That will harass the crap out of u even though you are calling in making your payments. Your Ballance on the car never go's down even after paying on the car for five months. Run away from this place it's nothing but a head ach and not worth all the truble to go through. They also come to try to repo the car even when you are making your payments on time and have proof of it. That tell you that you have a tax time payment that you have to pay as well as the payments that you are already paying. And all of it gos tword the principal and not the actual car payment. So don't was your time on this place.
A pleasure to work with, I would certainly come back to do business here with these folks again. No oressure salesman and great deal.
Beware....decline the detail cleaning on your car. It could be damaged when you get it back or items missing. Also after you've had it a few months you may discover it will not stop leaking fluids.
I bought a Ford Fusion. Great experience. Low Rate. Very professional. I would recommend them to friends and family.
Daughter purchased first vehicle from this dealership, a used truck. Had to replace both cat. converters and front brakes and rotors less than 45 days of purchase. Had been told by salesman (Joe Flanigan) that truck had been serviced and checked thoroughly by service. New brakes pads had been put on bad rotors which chewed them up. Spare tire thrown in back of truck (not mounted underneath). Truck was not cleaned thoroughly as roofing shingles all under bed liner in back. Other problems but to numerous for this review. Contacted owner of dealership but he never responded. Expected more from a Ford dealership. Will not visit or recommend this dealership based on our experience
Not smart to go to this company..ALL OF THERE CARS ARE MESSED UP OR LEMONS !! AND NOT ONLY THAT A REPOSSESSION FROM THIS COMAPNY IS ON MY CREDIT AND THEY NEVER REPOED NOT ONE CAR BUT,MY LICENSE GOT SUSPENDED AND I HAD TO RETURN THE CAR AND THEY TRUED TO ENCOURAGE ME TO KEEP IT AND I TOLD THEM NO BECAUSE I COULD GO TO JAIL AGAIN FOR DRIVING ON A SISPENDED LICENSE AND NOW LOOK WHAT I GET ON MY CREDIT A REPOSESSION.. JUST REMEBER COMPANIES ARE OUT TO MAKE A SALE AND WILL DO ANYTHING TO GET YOU IN A CAR, there's always gonna be a catch to it especially if you can trade just about anything to get the car !! JS .. take it to a real MECHANIC OR THE ACTUAL CAR DEALERSHIP TO GET IT CHECKED BECAUSE MY FIRST CAR FROM THERE THEY HAD TO CHANGE THE ENGINE 2 times I wrecked it it was paid off but you don't see nothing positive on my credit the second car the alternator went out after me having it for only a couple of days a dot cost me my job at Mohawk..SO THINK BEFORE YOU USE THIS COMPANY!RIP OFF
Very fast and very professional!! Low charges and service with a smile. Great business to use for tows, lock outs, and tire changes. A one stop shop does it all. Very satisfied!! Would definitely use again
I bought a car from them and it has been in the shop about 4/5 times but still isn't fixed. Transmission problems & most likely broken motor mounts from the jerking caused by the transmission problems. I bought it the last day of October 2014. It started tearing up within 30 days. The manager told me I could get another car but wanted me to pay $800 down or pay the amount of the "tax lump sum" before he would do the trade. I have lost too much money on this car with rentals and lost wages from missed work.3 more people told me their car broke down within 30 days of purchase. This place fixes everything I guess but you have to take it to a mechanic to see what's wrong with it before they will send it to their mechanic to fix it. It cost $50 deductible plus mechanic fees to tell you what's wrong with it. If it breaks down on the side of the road, are you supposed to tow it to your mechanic, then tow it to Carmart? Just run away from this place! Save yourself a headache and lost funds.
