The Mail Shop Etc

Our family has been a loyal customer of The Mail Shop for many years. We routinely use their services for mailing packages across the US and abroad as well as using their notary skills and a number of other services they routinely provide.

We have tried other mail centers but return here because of their professionalism, problem solving skills and most importantly because in our opinion they are the friendliest and most hospitable business in our community.

We always leave 100% satisfied.

I want to just correct the fact that the owner described. I was waiting in line about 3~5 minutes, and when he asked to me, I dropped my package and said about the receipt. I didn't intercept other customer. The securtiy camera in the office can show it.



I didn't know the mail box station doesn't have the right to issue a receipt for drop package. If so, he should have friendly explain to me the system and risk, and given me the choice whether I dropped there with risk or drop in Fedex office, I think it's professional service for customer. I don't think it's not the customer care that he had the customer felt humiliated and unilateraly returned my package to me and said good bye. If I use his mail box sevice or profitable transaction, he didn't do to me.



If somebody expects the service like me(not profitable for the business), I recommend to visit other mail box station.

I have been using The Mail Shop Etc for many years. I have always found the staff to be very knowledgeable and very pleasant. I love the idea of having a family run business in our town that is run so professionally. I highly recommend The Mail Box Etc for all your postal service needs.

This is a great mom and pop store. Truly a family run business. It is fun to do business there and I feel like family when I walk through the door. I have been doing business with them for years and they address me by name and truly make me feel as if I am welcomed. What ever my need is they are sure to help me and I have always been 100% satisfied when I walk out the door, which is always with a smile. Even when they have a less then pleasant customer, they handle it professionally. I would recomend this business to all that I meet.
