Ozark Vacuum

NEVER, EVER go there! I went to pick up my vacuum from being repaired. I did not buy my vacuum from there, but I was newer to the area and needed repair. It was dropped off 17 Dec 12 and it was fixed by 31 Jan 13 (delay in Christmas shipping, forgot to follow up on order) As I entered the store I was shown the bill and I asked why I was being charged for a new bag when I didn't request one. I was told it was their policy to put in new bags in every vacuum even if it was new, 1/2 full, or full. He then proceeded to drag his pen across the page and crossed it off saying, "If your're just going to BI+@h about it then there it's free. I told the gentleman that I wasn't Bi+cHing but I had a right to be asking why I was being charged. He then started telling me I was Bi+$Hing about everything, since I had been given a rental for free (due to the delay on shipping of my belt), asked about the charge of the bag, and had the complaint of repairs coming to $56.98 for a belt and bag. He told me I was making his wife do all this work and they were simply the "middle man" and that I didn't even buy my vacuum cleaner from them, so why am I causing them so much work. He then told me to take my vacuum cleaner and get out of his store, and I quote, "that I now had nothing else to BI+c#H about since I was getting my vacuum repair for free." I'd also like to add he did this when I was in my Military Uniform. I would give 0 stars if I could. I would like to add, while the time I was working with his wife/partner or whatever, she was very nice and quite pleasant to work with.
