After deciding to downside our home, we searched everywhere for a new home and decided on a manufactured home. We found the best selection of the high quality homes we liked there. The staff never pressured us on any of our many trips to decide on the best home for us and they were very informative each time! They helped with all the work to our land and worked very hard on our home. We appreciate all you did and are loving our new home!
For a company that "prides" itself on customer service I can say that their promise fell through. We ordered a beautiful home, nearly SIX MONTHS AGO! The home has been placed after many delays, now the finish crews had over 3 weeks and it still isn't done according to the original plans. Every time we speak to someone we get told another appeasing lie. And now the owner of the company, Daniel, refuses to speak to us. Not how I envisioned good customer service. I won't recommend anyone to this company.
Kelsey, I sincerely apologize for the delays you had in your home! You had every reason to be upset. I spoke with Shawn multiple times through the delays with the factory and I was VERY frustrated along with you for the delay in building (your home caused irreparable harm between the factory and my home center). We were both at the mercy of the factory in getting your home to the site. There is no excuse but the factory was having multiple issues that was not apparent when we ordered your home and the only reason we could not meet the original deadline was a delay in the building schedule caused by them. Despite the challenging times, we worked very hard to achieve the original desired results. Further, I personally apologized in the moment but more than that I gave you guys $2,500 for the aggravation and delays you experienced. I am sorry that you feel I ignored you, it was NEVER my intent to do so. I personally got involved to resolve your issues, I would never give away time and money to not resolve an issue.
