Smart Choice Granite & Cabinet Wholesale

We went in on Thursday. Very friendly, not pushy salesman. Friday morning 9am, Ian came to measure. Monday a professonal came to make a template. We went that afternoon and chose 1 from the 4 choices in the lowest priced group of very beautiful granite. Tuesday, 2 friendly & experienced technicians came and installed the countertops We had full splash and 3 different angles & heights. They even accommodated my request for a double bowl sink where nobody else would even try. It's gorgeous! They called the next day to make sure we were completely satisfied. We would work with them again and will most certainly tell our friends! Way better than Home Depot & Lowes in every way.

When I'm writing this there are 3 positive reviews and one very negative review. I know that you cannot please every customer, and I also know you can get a few of your friends to write a positive review. So basically I decided to make my own determination.



I made an appointment for for a quote to do my kitchen counter-tops. I was told someone would be here between 5 and 5:30.



A couple hours later I get a call to make sure that someone was going to be here when the guy arrives at the original agreed time.



When 5:30 came and went and no one showed up, I called the office and got a recording.



At the time I am writing this, it is 6:50 and there is a knock at my door. 1 1/2 to 2 hours late!



So I put my Ipad down and answer the door. There stands the guy. I tell him he is vey late and that I'm going with another company, have a good night. He wants me to wait because he says he does not speak English (Asian), calls someone (I of course cannot understand the conversation) , then says "ok" and leaves. I'm thinking "what? They send someone who would not be able to communicate with me?"



Bottom line, I can see how the one negative review I read could be true and not just a hard to please customer. Any company that cannot make their appointments on time, or at least call that they will be late, and they cannot even communicate with you, I say avoid or be willing to take a big risk.



By the way, all three positive reviews were written shortly after the negative review ALL ON THE SAME DAY! And they all sound the same, like from the same person. You decide.

My counters look amazing and it was a great value. They made short work of it and had good communication throughout the process. I would highly recommend.

These guys really know their stuff, it only took them 1 day to finish my kitchen and bath. Great products and fast installation, highly recommended.

My Kitchen came out gorgeous. The staff is great . I would be using them for my other home in fayetteville.

Very Unprofessional - They did not show up the day we schedule the install, even after confirming the date. They charged more than their initial offered price. They damaged the granite during install and won't fix it. The owner is argumentative and doesn't return calls. Save yourself the headache... and go somewhere else.
