Walked in on Saturday. The shop had no customers but us. We asked the salesman if you can call him that about a used bike. He said he could not show it or let us ride it because it was on consignment. He then went back to his smart phone. LOL no wonder they have no customers. Bunch of douche nozzles. If you look a lot of neg reviews, but here looks like fake reviews. As I said douche nozzles.

I had a very good experience with Rainbow Cycle! The parts department has been great with researching accessories.

Would not allowed return of parts as promised. Refused to order part for recall without having the motorcycle in the shop first, requiring me TWO 130 mile round trips instead of one. I called another company not associated with this company and they had no problem ordering the part and setting up an appointment to install--all in one trip. This is a HUGE public relation problem. I will not do business with this company any more. Had problems with their business in Fayetteville as well. Owner should take this seriously and assure that his employees seek to be more helpful.
