Horrible customer service. Girl at front desk to busy smacking her food to acknowledge the customers. After finally getting her attention and waiting 20 minutes they take back two of our party and left me waiting. 45 minutes later after the others were done someone finally acknowledged me. And all was said from the owner to the front desk..."she wanted full set, you cost me money". Will Never go back. Would rather eat my gift card than to return.
I HAVE FOUND LANA! She is working at SOLACE HAIR AND NAILS, across the street! The last time I went to Lux I was sad to find out that she was not working there anymore and honestly I do not feel comfortable there anymore. The environment is not the same so I decided to try the salon next to them and sure enough I found her! She is the best in town!
I have been going to Lux nails for years. It is a clean and friendly establishment. I would recommend it to anyone. Over the years it has gotten very busy. If you want to get faster service you need to make an appointment do not walk in. A majority of your nail salons are run by foreigners and speak a different languages so if you are not perpared for the language barrier than go somewhere else, but most of the ladies here work hard and long hours. Sometimes they may be tired after 10 hours of work, so I hope everyone can understand. But everytime I have visited this place they are all very nice.
I have been to many nail salons in the past but none of them were to my liking quite as much as Lux. Lux is one of the cleanest salons that I've ever been to and the customer service is outstanding. All the employees are very friendly and professional. The new wine bar is also an excellent addition, it really creates an atmosphere of elegance and relaxation. If anybody has been in the same position as me, I really reccommend Lux salon. You won't be disappointed!!!
My name is Lana. I am one of three managers at Lux Nails and Spa.
First, I would like to apologize to any clients we have had that had a bad experience. We here, at Lux Nails and Spa, take such pride in providing great service to those who choose to be serviced at Lux.
Secondly, for those who have had to experienced a long waiting time, I highly recommend making an appointment and being prompt. We value our clients business. Our clients take their time to schedule an appointment with us, therefore, clients with an appointment is our first priority. Our weekends are very busy due to large parties, and while we accept walk-ins, please understand there is always a wait because of our client's appointments and/or holiday events. We would love to service everyone immediately and provide the best service we can to please everyone, but with a limited staff of 13 manicurists, we can only service so many clients at a single time.
I take my job very seriously as the manager at Lux Nails and Spa. I will do my best to provide a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for my clients. If there is any one of my staff or anything that would make a single client feel otherwise, I would like to be informed. I want to improve the experience for everyone.
Lastly, for those accusing Lux Nails and Spa's staff for speaking negatively about a client in another language, please get in contact with me and explain to me their situation and send me the proof. This is not something I take lightly. I would like to resolve this issue as soon as possible.
Also, our wine bar is a new addition to our salon, it is to enhance the experience for our clients. Our wine bar is in front, open, and clean for all clients to observe.

I understand their language and after three visits I had enough. Not to mention constant lifting! I barely have time to get my nails done let alone repaired. I'm not positive, because I never heard them say specifically, but I believe they add something to their bonder etc to make it last longer (For them) Read on... From customers who have been going for 2+years & new alike, they were saying horrible things! The female Owner, who is a cousin to Tina (Their all related) were laughing about how they water down the wine! Really?! The fact that they have the nerve to chg with such high prices is bad enough! It gets worse...They were talking about everyone. Fat, old, looking old, fake handbags. you name it! It was sad and pathetic! To the customers face returning or new, sweet as can be. to others, it was horrible. Go somewhere that you & your money/business are truly Appreciated! If you don't believe me, simply take your iPhone or ipad, record & translate. Warning, you will be offended, Sorry to bear the bad news, but it wouldn't be right if I didn't!
The women here are very rude. They treat you terribly and are clearly talking about you because they know most won't understand what they're saying. The woman that was doing my pedicure kept smacking my legs to get my attention and her smile was very forced. Never going back.
I was looking for a nice place to bring my friends for a nice relaxing spa day and ended at lux nails in Rogers. I had the pomegranate pedicure and omg it was well worth the money! Usually , I'll ask for a pedicure and there's only one choice but here there's a book! I love it ! I went with 5 girls and we had a great experience and will definitely be back for another spa day!
