Called and was present before they opened. Our pet had a broken leg and possible broke hip. We saw the Dr come in but never acknowledged. left pet, returned and walked to rear to see he was comfortable- again Dr. was in same, small room and never acknowledged or spoke.
It TOOK 7 HOURS to get a simple xray. 7 HOURS. then we had to call to get results but-- NOT from the Dr., only messages relayed through the staff. we were told to take him to Tulsa-- nothing about treatment plan, viability etc. Could not be bothered to actually discuss outlook and treatment with us. When we picked up our pet to go to Tulsa-- still the same thing. standing 10-15 feet apart and could not be bothered to talk. We NEVER once spoke to the Dr. and left with no information other than a xray they emailed to US>>> we were just pushed to the curb with a critically injured animal.

The ladies here work hard but there seems to be a common theme....tack on every imaginable costly service and product to my tab. Every year, a simple rabies shot appointment snowballs to include more office visits, a teeth cleaning appointment, and various random tests to be conducted. Never consulting me first or asking my permission. Just because my cat is elderly does not necessitate a liver or kidney function test. She's in perfect health and her weight hasn't changed a single ounce in the last 15 years. I've learned to stand my ground and decline extra charges. It's almost like dealing with a car salesman! yuck. I'm ready for a new vet.
