Worst customer service ever. I was bullied by Dr Brody and his staff. They wanted me to pay 90$ more for a vision appointment that my insurance pays 100% for. Then they required me to get information from Walmart (last place I was seen) for measurements of circumference and diameter. Because he didn't want to do the measurements himself. I was made to wait because I wouldn't sign a paper saying I would pay the additional amount. Then after it was done he gave me the wrong perscription and charged my insurance even though I didn't get anything from them. STAY AWAY FROM THAT PLACE!!

The doctors and the tech's were great! I came here for an exam, and was nervous because it is such a large a clinic! I felt like the doctors helped me with any questions or concerns I had. They explained everything to me in a way I could understand that was helpful to me. After my exam I went to the optical area, and the ladies there were so helpful in helping me pick out my glasses, I really appreciated the time they took, and their advice as well. Anyone who is looking for a great eye clinic with great staff should definately come here!

This is such a wonderful clinic. Loved the staff, especially in optical. They were so friendly and answered all my questions. I'll be back again!

I used Boozman Hoff not long ago for the first time. It was a great experience, the staff was wonderful, making me feel very welcome, and the facility was great. I would use them again.

This place is horribly unprofessional. I took my child here for an eye exam after the school let me know she would need glasses. They let us know her glasses would be in in a couple weeks and we notified her school. 3 weeks later we called and they said they were not in. A week after that we called and they said they were still not in. I called in a weekly basis and they would tell me the same thing since the school was wondering why she wasn't wearing her glasses to school. Finally two months after her appointment I decided I had enough with the phone calls so I went into the office only to find out her order was never placed!!! I asked them if they had anything for her to wear at leat in the mean time but they said they didn't and wuold have to wait for the following week to have them in. Once the glasses were in we noticed they didn't fit right, they were too big and didn't fit right. This was horrible customer service

There are many places in NWA to obtain the services that are offered by BoozmanHof, and you would definitely be better off anywhere else. They did a terrible job with my eye care, and it really bothers me that they canceled 4 of my last 5 appointments at the last minute. I really wish I had never heard of BoozmanHof.

This place is a big eye factory designed to do nothing more than move large numbers of people in/out and collect their money. In addition, they are also very difficult to work with after patient care has been provided. I had received a script for nighttime driving glasses when we lived in NWA. My family recently has moved to the OKC Metro area. The lens on my glasses fell out. Thus began the adventure of trying to get this Eye Factory to fax my prior prescription to a glasses maker in OKC to at least get a temporary set until I could get in to for a new eye exam. The promises of their assistance began shortly after my wife called after they opened and culminated around 230pm(after nothing had been sent to OKC) by a call from Dr. Woodward himself who began his conversation with my wife in a condescending tone and only proceeded to become more coarse and insulting as the phone call progressed. Luckily for me, the employees at Affordable Eye Care and Sam's Optical in OKC function on the other end of the spectrum from Dr. Woodward and the staff at Boozeman Hoff. They were helpful and made the extra effort to provide good customer service. There worked with me and later that evening had my glasses in hand. Shame on you Dr Woodward for your coarse attitude towards my wife.

I was given wrong prescription two times by one of their doctors.... hows that even possible.. they are in such a hurry while examining the patients Avoid them..

They treat my entire family and are very good at what they do. All of the doctors are very knowledgable, and make you feel comfortable. They offer everything in one stop: eye exams, glasses, LASEK, cataract surgery, and much more!

I have been going to Boozman Hof for years and my husband and sons go, too. We have always been happy with the service we have received there. The doctors are kind and competent. My phone calls have always been answered in a timely manner and if I have to leave a message, that call is always returned in a timely manner, as well. I would highly recommend going to this clinic.

The staff was very courteous and professional and the Doctors were very personable and knowledgable. They were able to schedule me in quickly and they treated me right away. They have an opthamologist on staff as well as an optometrist to suit your individual needs. I would recommend this clinic to others and i'll definitely go back the next time I need anything eye related.

They never answer their phones, when you finally get someone they transfer you and you continue to wait, then you get someone who knows little or nothing about what you want. You can't get hold of anyone to answer a technical question. I have spent a lot of money with them in the past, but will never use them again.

They messed up both pairs of my glasses, and tried to convince me to have a sugrery I didn't need! Also, their customer service was the worst!
