Great location, easy to find. They also have a website: www.bestbrakeandmore.com and a Facebook page. They're open at 7:00, so it's easy to drop off my car on my way to work. The technicians are very informative, and the owner Jesse is very easy to work with. They looked over my car thoroughly, and gave me an estimate on a few things it would need down the road, but didn't fix anything without my authorization. I will be bringing my car back again for everything.

I've been to Best Brake & Muffler 3 times and every experience has been a great one. I've recommended them to several of my friends and co-workers based on their knowledge, fair pricing, and honesty. Whether you make an appointment, or just walk in, you're treated with priority. The staff is very kind and precise. I don't know much about cars, or how they work, but if I ever have questions or don't quite understand, they're glad to show me the problem or explain it in ways that make sense without making me feel stupid. I'm going to keep coming here for all of my automotive needs. Also, don't let the name fool you! They DON"T just work on brakes and mufflers.

I have been very impressed with this business. The employees are very honest and more than willing to show me the problems I had with my truck. The pricing is very competitive and I would pay more to get service like that, I will be a life long customer to best brake and muffler!

We are a local taxi company and we have been using Best for about a year and we have had such great luck. Our previous shop would find a laundry list each time we brought it in. best brake was specific about what we needed and what was just auto populating on their computers. They give us a great rate and always get our stuff taken care of quickly. They have been such a joy to work with and we look forward to a long relationship.

My family moved here 5 yrs ago and decided to give Best Brake a try. I've always been treated right, they do excellent work and at a fair price. The folks in the office have always been friendly and helpful. They stand behind their work 100%. I've recommended to friends; check them out.

The only reason there is 1 star is because there were no choices for minus 5 stars.



DON'T DO IT!!!!! I paid a few thousand dollars for work that was NOT done! Or was triple what anyone else charges!!!!!

They were supposed to replace my rear brakes & drums...Had problems...went back and was told the brake was cracked and would be under warranty.....a few days later had problems again so went somewhere else and was told the drums and brakes were NEVER! replaced. Oh, they also supposedly replaced both brake cylinders.....LEAKING! Also never replaced. I went to two other shops and was told the same thing....the brake job was not done.

The same day they were pretending to do the brakes, Best Brake also told me I needed all the motor mounts and ball joints replaced . While I was sitting there 3 other people came in to have their ball joints replaced and 2 of those women also needed motor mounts........What's wrong with this picture???? I made a joke that day about them having a run on people needing ball joints.....little did I know............

When I confronted them and asked for my money back they got very nasty...especially the women that owns the place.....very hateful. NOT very nice people to deal with.

BUYER BEWARE!!

Found the workers to be somewhat knowledgable, but secretive about their concerns. Cost me nearly $1,000 for brakes, where parts were overpriced by 2x to 3x retail. Not sure wether it was coincidence or not, but I always had more problems with my vechicle after visiting them than when I took my vechicle in. I will never return, nor recommend them.
