Do not buy an iPhone at this store! They are unwilling to take ownership of faulty devices. I was directed to contact Apple for a warranty claim for a phone that was broken out of the box, when the device should have been returned to AT&T.
As stated in their return policy "AT&T offers a return policy for equipment and services purchased directly from AT&T through a corporate-owned AT&T retail store, over the phone from AT&T, and online from att.com. Consumers/Individual Responsibility Users - You have up to14 days after purchase (or shipping date, if equipment is shipped) to return or exchange your device."
My device was eligible for this. However, rather than provide a long time customer with the device they paid for, they opted to push the blame onto Apple telling me "Our hand's are tied. This is the agreement that AT&T has made with Apple in order to sell their devices."
I have never had a more frustrating buying experience.
