I paid $40 for an eyebrow wax...they charged me for shin and lip and eyebrow..I love their customer service but that was completely outrageous. They have officially lost a loyal customer. You can thank syd.

I love the atmosphere. I found this to be the best place to get my hair colored wouldn't go anywhere else. My kids refuse to go anywhere for their haircuts but here. I highly recommend it.
AVOID MADISON JAMISON! After waiting about 2 weeks to get my daughter in, Madison waits til 9 am, morning of my daughter's hair appt to cancel. Apparently she has "family issues and can't take the unpredictable time it takes to do my daughter's hair". But she knows it takes 3 hrs, so there's nothing unpredictable about it at all. I don't buy the family issues excuse because clearly you will be seeing your other clients today. She recommended a "black hair salon that maybe could use better techniques to get her hair done in less time", which only confirmed that was the real issue. If you don't want to do her hair because it takes a few hours, that's fine. Don't make the appt! And certainly don't cancel the morning of when we've been waiting to get her in! She ignored all of my fb messages before I booked the appt, so I should have taken the hint then. Did I mention my 2nd child is due any day? So during the 2 weeks my daughter had her appt booked, I could have found another place to do her hair. Now I don't have time before baby arrives. Oh and I took down her twists yesterday just for the appt, so now I have to try to hurry and do her hair again which takes hours, swollen, pregnant, and overdue. Thanks for being professional and wasting my time, Madison.Edited to add: Where she worked previously, she charged me for 4 hours, though it only took 3. I was wondering why she kept saying it was 4 hours work when we both knew when the appt started and ended. I didn't realize til I was ready to pay, it was because she charged by the hour, not by the service. As if paying $50 per hour wasn't enough.
Horrific salon. Refusing to fix, refund or even have a manager call about this awful $280 color job.

Horrible customer service. Girl at front desk to busy smacking her food to acknowledge the customers. After finally getting her attention and waiting 20 minutes they take back two of our party and left me waiting. 45 minutes later after the others were done someone finally acknowledged me. And all was said from the owner to the front desk..."she wanted full set, you cost me money". Will Never go back. Would rather eat my gift card than to return.
Wish I could score a 0!!! Went in for an eyebrow wax and left after one being done. It was are super thin and crooked!! Nothing like what I asked her to do. They should have said no we can't just clean up your eyebrows we can only leave you with a crappy looking line on your face. I am extremely disappointed and would NEVER go back there for anything. I encourage everyone to go to Brieshi Salon & Spa in the same complex. Sydney helped to fix my jacked up brows.I should have looked at this place's reviews before waking in the door.
This place is so unprofessional it was the first time I went one of my nails was sore and started to bleed they said it was normal what? Worst place ever the guy there told me he wasn't fixing my nail and that I could leave without a nail that he didn't care! Can't believe there is a place with such poor service they don't care about customers only money! Probably why they have no customers
Pretty colors poor service...went with my sister expected acrylics didn't even offer them they were rough and my nails are bubbling. They kept talking to each other in another language and just were all around hard to under stand definitely will not go back
I just moved to the area from San Diego over the summer and had been getting my hair done in Vegas while I am there on business (which is a lot). Still, it had been way too long and I needed something done before embarking upon my first business trip of the year. The hair was looking baaaad. I was flying out on Saturday, January 2nd and January 1st a lot of salons were closed. Since Brieshi is in the mall -score!- they were open on New Years Day. Alas it's usually a warning if a salon is in the mall, but I'd walked past and they seemed legit. I was also really happy they use Aveda products. I make an appointment online and I am quoted pricing via their online system. Their system required a $65 deposit. Now, I understand no-shows suck, but in South Beach, FL (where I am from), San Diego and in Vegas I have never once encountered a deposit to see a stylist. I could have met her and decided she wasn't the one for me, but I was already $65 in. Usually the consult is free, they give you pricing (because really an internet program cannot do that) THEN you decide. That should have been red flag #1 for me.I see Courtney who is VERY nice and we go over what I want. I show her photos and I tell her I want to be lighter. Not bleached and not a peroxide look, but about two shades LIGHTER. I leave darker... and I was charged for toner; which is supposed to use for a) either to fix something that went wrong or b) to give the desired color after lifting - I wasn't going red or strawberry blonde, so I wonder why she did this instead of a gloss. The color looks fine, it is definitely better than how I walked in, but it wasn't what I asked for and Courtney should have quoted me costs BEFORE getting started. Oh - and I was charged $55 for a trim. Not a cut/style - a trim. When I checked out my bill would have been $255, however they applied my $65 deposit and a $20 first time customer "coupon". That still seems pretty steep to me. And yes, I have paid much more for color/cuts, however, in this instance the price was not commiserate with the services I received.Alas, my search for an actually GOOD salon in Northwest Arkansas continues. I find their practice unethical; if she was doing "custom color" on me and the pricing was to be higher than she should have notified me of such. The screaming child no one attempted to comfort just added to the ambience...My rating: thumbs down on this one.
