I have been told now that my car would be ready on three different occasions. It took them almost 4 weeks to get a part in. Also, I was told to come pick up my car anytime because it was completed and after I took time off work, lunch included about 2 hours of my time wasted because of bad information. Then the shop said they would have it finished that day, that I could come pick up my car that evening and I got another call a couple hours after that saying they needed another day. I not as mad about the time it's taken, like many of you will argue that "if you want it done right you need to be patient so the quality is right". It's the fact that the overall communication has been terrible and cost me more time, money and gas. Don't tell someone their car is finished, if it's not really finished. I can't wait to see if this body shop leaves my leather and interior dirty like some of you have posted about. I can guarantee that my car will go right on back because I have gotten the run around for weeks and I'm not in the mood to play. I will update this later once I get my car back to inform how the over the quality of the work is. I can't wait because I'm irritated now. What this shop needs to realize, is that time is money and when you waste customers time, that's not good service. they haven't even offered to make it right, for example, bring my car to me instead of me having to possibly waste more time when I go to pick it up and it got ready again. I'm not asking for a lot but the fact they haven't even cared about my opinion tells me that they know it's a huge issue and hope I won't respond badly. I picked this shop because I was referred by someone that is well-known by this shop and uses them a lot. it's surprising to me that they are so crappy.
My husband and I bought a car from them recently. There were some issues so I contacted Cherie and John right away. Both of them were EXTREMELY helpful and did everything they could to help us. They were very kind and went above and beyond. Everyone is always quick to write the negative reviews but these people deserve a lot of positive ones. Cherie is a sweetheart and was a pleasure to work with. I appreciate all that they did for us!
I can't understand what gccherry1578's problem is. I bet there is a lot more to his story. So a quick search on google confirmed I was correct. This shop has exceeded my expectations more than once. I recommend them. My friends and family have all been very happy.
DON’T BUY A CAR FROM THEM! This is the most dishonest dealership I’ve ever dealt with. They sold me a 2007 Chrysler Sebring in “excellent” condition. The test drive went well because I believe the mechanical problems were rigged to stay concealed until well after the sale of the car and here's why I think that. Within hours of purchasing the car, the check engine light came on. I bought the camshaft sensors that caused this light and since it was within 24 hours of the purchase, they had a mechanic put them on. They did not reimburse me for the part nor did they fix the oil leak that I reported at the same time. They said it was a simple issue and just the oil pan gasket needed to be replaced. The mechanic they sent me to never would set up a time to fix it. A long string of issues followed this including the check engine light coming back on the very same day they replaced those sensors so I took it to a private car repair shop. Oil is leaking in several places, but the DUCT TAPE they put over them wouldn’t have been seen without putting the car up on the racks at a professional shop. There was another leak in a much harder to repair/much more expensive place and also a major leak in the coolant system. So my car would've started over-heating very soon if I'd not brought it in when I did. The struts that they said were just replaced were old and rusty. The total amount I will now have to pay to get this car in good, safe driving condition is just over $1,000. The owner, Sherry Wright, didn’t even have the decency to return my call and tell me herself that they WERE NOT GOING TO DO ANYTHING TO FIX ANY OF THIS. I'd been trying to reach them for a while and she had an employee call for her to let me know. Her son, Rian Wright, was the salesman who told me he personally replaced the struts so he outright lied to me when there was no reason to do so. I wouldn't have asked when the struts were last replaced... These are NOT good people. DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE!
Crap! Scam. They wont even tell you anything.like if your behind or whatever then turn around repo when you only owe 3-500$and also fail to mention that they can only hol your vehicle for 10 day when you were told they will hold it till your paid up!!! Crap. Do not recommend them to anyone. Vehicle are crap.thanks wish I could click -4 stars
this place will take an honest man's money set him up with a loan from the bank because they say they finance that's how they get you in then they sell you a polished turd
Very disappointing experience. Repair took 3 times as long as estimated completion. Overall completion took 40 days for a minor deer accident. The fit and look of the job was terrible when it was completed. Mechanical issues were present as well. I returned my Mercedes and further issues were present after another 15 day wait. Overall, 5 bulbs were not working on the front end. I have had good luck with them in the past, but I won't be back. This is not a good body shop.
Not a good omen when it takes them 3 weeks to get parts...and they have a "policy" that they don't begin work until all parts are in? 5+ weeks is their supposed completion schedule. I hope it's perfect because I'll never sign off on the funds for them to be paid.. Go to Dave's Auto Body...best guys around!!
Beware of this shop!Don't go here unless you like dirt in your paint! They also don't know how to tell the truth in this shop. Very poor customer service!
