Williams Builders Rocky Mt

Really does not deserve any stars but I had to put something. Been in a new development since Oct 2015 and there is no phone lines or internet. The builder is aware and has no plan in place to get any services still accounting to to centrylink and suddenlink. The builder I feel is dishonest about his attempts in trying to get service per the contacted companies along with not being concerns and not updating his customer.
