Meredith was so right in her review. Mr Alvin Joyner has no compassion. He gets very defensive when you have to keep calling him to come back to service your unit. We were without heat for a week. Pauline the secretary and probably his wife said they only had the one service guy that was working on my unit, was the only one that could work on it. Well he was out sick for 2-3 days. So I spoke to Alvin and he got defensive about it and said no we have 10 guys that can work on it and I can work on it. So now he worked on it. So now he took his time with a large labor bill attached. I do not recommend them. $100 a hour is crazy and they charge from the time they call you. It was 33 minute drive from his office, but took him much longer to get here. Go figure. My advice, stay away from Joyners Heating and Air!!!!! Unless you like being robbed and poor service.

Note: the Joyners eagerly came to my home and returned calls in an attempt to sell me a Trane system which I purchased five yearss ago. This Septembei I tried to schedule a maintenance visit. They did not accommodate me in any way. Too busy! . Matthew hit and one piece of duct got soaked. I called many times and finally two months later their service man came and immediately shut off my system saying there was a danger of black mold. I asked when they would get my system fixed as it was cold. He said he could not bother Mr. Joyner as it was Friday after Thanskgiving and he was fishing. The next week I did not hear from them so I called. Messages were given to Mr. Joyner and no reply. I called his cell and left messages the next week and no reply. Finally I called him at his office and he said he would get back to me. He did not. I called the next day and he said he would call me in a hour. He did not. Finally his secretary called a few days later and said he would come after Christmas. I explained that we were cold and he had shut off my system. I said we were important too. His word means nothing and he has no compassion. Some companies went to a six day work week in order to help their customers after Matthew. Not Joyner and Son!
