Truly disgusted with this company! After being promised our tent would be set up on Thursday- they finally had it completed at 3:30 FRIDAY afternoon! Consequently, we did not have time to use all the decorations we had purchased to cover the ugly inside frame of the tent. I called to let them know my displeasure before I got an apology from staff. A professional company would have had at least a manger call me back with an apology.

We went in 2 months before our wedding for an arbor. While there we asked the woman assisting us if the arbor on display, that was scratched and marked up was the one for rent, if so I would not have rented it. She said no, so I rented it. The day before the event, my fiancé (now wife) calls me and tells me it's all marked up with black marks. We called and left a message but the office closed early on Saturday and was not open on Sunday. This made it impossible to address the situation so my wife's family was able to cover it up with fabric to hide the marks. When I called the company on Monday I was told the owner was out of the office but would get a call later that day. 4 days later I called back and got the same answer. Another 4 days go by, I called again and was told the owner was there but did not want to talk to me. The woman on the phone was the same woman who I made the reservation with. She told me we should have called, I told her I did but the office was closed, she responded with the event manager at the venue has he owner's number and we should have called him. When I told her I would follow up by writing reviews reflecting the service I have received, she said I was threatening her and the business! Please be careful with this business!
