this place is the worst i ever encountered got my whole order wrong due to they didnt have the merchandise instead of calling they tried to create there own display and sent it out not knowing i will be seeing it nasty wrong order they sent plain barely dipped chocolate strawberries valentines left over balloons no bag just went to my wife job handed it to her and walked away i placed an order of 2 dozen i love you berries and an anniversary balloon bundle with a card that was what i ordered i got plain barely dipped in chocolates strawberries and some i love you left over valentines day balloons made a call women picks up and tells me that the owner and store policy is they cant call the customer to notify you of any changes to your order that they ran out of merchandise and decided to sent out the wrong item that there sorry but they charged me $117.89 and said i will be only refunded 14.99 for delivery that i still never got stay away from this store very rude and unprofessional ruined my 4 year anniversary this place should be shut down .. lost a loyal edible customer here never again
Worst customer service i have ever encountered - really. Fruit was supposed to be delivered by noon on Mother's Day but arrived after 6PM and when it did arrive, it was in bad shape as if it had been exposed to hot air for some time. i spoke to an employee and the owner on several occasions by phone and in person but they simply dismissed my complaints and refused restitution of any kind. i really couldn't believe that they just didn't care at all and they persisted in refuting my claims that they promised delivery by noon even though the delivery man had the paper where it was plainly written "deliver by noon". They even denied being able to contact the driver to stop the delivery. Inexcusable behavior as far as my experience goes. i have ordered fruit so many times from other franchise locations and have always been satisfied - until now. There are plenty of other locations from which to order so i would look elsewhere for good product and service but be forewarned that the same owner has stores in Hartford, Middletown and New Britain as well. Just sayin'...
I sent out a gift for mother's day, and i accidentally put the wrong house number on the delivery. when i called to correct it, i was told that i would get a call back, and no one called back. when i called again the man i spoke to was very rude he said he TOLD me that he would call me back, and that he didnt know what my problem was. when i asked to speak to the manager he said he was, when i asked to speak to owner he said he was and thats no way to speak to a customer. he then finally called me back to say the people at the address i sent it to werent home so they left it with some neighbor and i will have to figure out how to get it back, meanwhile there is a name and address on the gift saying who it goes to, they didnt check an ID, call me back, or do anything to help me. after i was told that in a very rude manner from the owner i told him that with an edible gift over a hundred dollars it shouldnt be left with some neighbors who may or may not give the gift to the correct recipient, they need to contact someone to ask if its ok to leave. when i recieved an edible arrangement i was asked for my ID and signature. This location did not conduct there business professionally or consider customer satisfaction what so ever..........if you are thinking about an edible arrangement avoid using the one in Rocky Hill, there are many in hartford, and all surrounding towns, try a different location....
