I wish that I could give them a 1/2 Star. This apartment complex as been absolutely absurd over the time I was here. (I have always rented/ & Have majority of my friends) I have been a resident here. An apartment manager is here for a little while, then another one comes in & goes totally against what the other apartment manager was saying. The main office is in Winston Salem - - One would “think” that office managers would practice the very same practice. The rent is too high; NO washer dryer hookup.($510 1bedroom, $560 2bed) They lead you to believe that they are gov assisted, when only about 1/4 of the units are. They will have a NOW LEASING sign out on HWY 152 - when NO units are available (NOR is it a ‘New Rowell’) The grass would get mowed about once a month. Majority of OLDer women living there, bullying any new people that move in. They act like the AARP MAFIA as they threaten management every other day - - NOTHING EVER GETS DONE. Best advice: KEEP LOOKING

i will be there asap hopefully monday...i do want one of ur apts. i only need one bedroom but i can take a 2 bedroom. i am disabled. my parents may help me get in. please give me a chance...i do not do drugs and i do not bother neighbors...i just want a nice clean pace to live with good landlords. ty call me..Rae 980-636-0539 is my cell...u have my home number. please help me. thank u so much
