One of the best burgers I've ever had. Clean, friendly with that nostalgic feel. I remember my first visit there, I was impressed with everything except the selection on the menu board. But after finishing my meal, I realized that they don't need a large variety when they do what they do so well.
I usually dine in and have a decent experience. After all it's easy to fix things when you are still on the premises. But have mercy on you if you order at the drive thru.I have only done this 3 times, but each time I have arrived home with items missing from my order OR fewer tenders than I paid for. How does this happen? How do you order and pay for 20 tenders and get only 19? Brilliant.It is impossible to get feedback to anyone other than the individual store via a phone call, so there is no leverage or incentive to fix things. Management simply does not care or is too inept to remedy the inadequacies! Chicken Express corporate is in hiding. They have precious little published contact info and no feedback channels. This leaves you with crudely-run franchises dragging the Chicken E brand through the mud.
