If they hadn't had the car I wanted I would have left. we called for directions. The lady who answered the phone couldn't tell us where they were. Goliad and 205 are the same street but when we repeatedly asked her are you south of 205 she kept correcting us saying no were south of Goliad not 205. We asked her are you by a Chevy dealer and she was no there is no Chevy dealer near us. The Chevy dealer was right on Goliad north of them. We walked in and we're promptly met which was good. But our salesman was terrible he claimed to be able to drive manuel but when he drove the car for us he kept Jenkins it around. I started to think something was wrong with the car. When I got to drive I quickly realized he couldn’t drive it. He couldn’t answer any questions and failed to mention the radio didn't work. On a 2014 that's pretty concerning. He also forgot about us several times. It was really hot and we asked for water for our diabetic mother and it never came. I had to go find some myself.

I scheduled an appointment for service on my gmc Acadia. I told them I had an extended warranty on the phone and they said no problem that they would call them and take care of it. After I drove there at 7 am to drop it off, they refused to service it because they said it was too much work to call the warranty company and they didn't like that company.... It's an extended warranty from FORD!!! ?? Kind of a big company... Sorry I asked you to do your job. So they refused to look at my gmc, and were very rude about it... They told me to go somewhere else. I really don't know how they stay in business with that level of customer service.
Fair At Best. Only the lady rep had a great attitude. The others typical, you bought here we don't care attitude. Last time I buy here. When will dealers learn, once the sale is done, to keep a repeating customer base you must have a Great Service Dept.
This Place has ruined Christmas last year and this your for my family.. we bought a used car there a couple weeks before Christmas last year and soon found out that the heater didnt work.. they claimed they didnt know it wasnt working and that there was a recall for that problem and we could get it fixed for free. against my wishes (i wanted to return the car) my husband decided to get the recall done. it was hot for exactly a day and a half. so we went to a different place to have it fixed again with little change. so we froze last winter ( we are stationed in newport RI) and it gets a lot colder than tx) this winter started in oct and again we were freezing but with no money to have it worked on a third time we were going to tough it out. then all of a sudden the check engine light comes on and the car starts shaking.. almost one year to the day that we made our deal with the devil aka young hyundai. we took it back to the shop immediately and learned that the WHOLE ENGINE needs to be replaced. one week before Christmas. it has now become my mission to let everyone at young hyundai and any perspective customers know who thoroughly disappointed i am with that someone could sell a car without even "knowing what was wrong with it". go f*ck yourself young hyundai

Once they have the papers signed, the good customer service goes out of the window. They are rude. They don't care about keeping you happy. Worst service I have ever experienced at a car dealership! Be aware before shopping with them.
