Five Star Comfort Systems

I am with American Home shield and they are contracted with 5 star comfort systems for AC, heater and HVAC systems. We had our AC and water heater replaced through them. They are extremely rude and never complete the job assigned. They ask for the payment before they start to work and finish the work in a very limited time and never communicate with customers as to what was expected and what was done. It is an absolute waste of money getting their services and my water heating unit went bad the same day they came in. Watch out for their services, I absolutely don't recommend their services to anyone.
