Real Property Management Capital

By reading the other reviews, I've concluded that this group was good at one time. Not anymore. They made my experience as a property owner with them a nightmare. Many times I felt I was pulling teeth to get an response to emails and then to actually get answers to specific questions from my emails. Very frustrating. They allowed my tenant to leave my property damaged well beyond normal wear/tear and returned the security deposit while ducking me for weeks. Plus, answering the phone is apparently not in their skill set. Could never get a live person....was always voicemail. Would never recommend them to anyone.

I hired Real Property Management to help me get rid of a bad tenant that I had in my property. My tenant was not paying rent, not talking to me and I feared the worst. These guys collected several months of rent from the tenant and made sure that my place looked ok. My life has been so much easier since I have been with them!

Can't say enough good things! I was a stressed out landlord until I hired Real Property Management. They take care of all the issues that come up and deposit the rent into my account every month. Couldn't ask for more. Really happy customer!

The staff acts as a liaison to address and correct problems as they arise with tenants. This allows me to stay away from landlord-tenant issues. They coordinate the collection of rents and delinquent charges for my properties on a continuing basis. I have been working with them for the past two years and have had excellent services from them.

Real Property Management addressed all my concerns as a tenant. The personnel are highly qualified and tenant friendly. I was pleased to know that they care! I love renting from them!
