        Found this pet shop last month and I can say that they do offer great perks for dog lovers. I love that they always find a way to connect with their customers.

        Congressional Aquarium off of Rockville Pike has an ample supply of fish, invertebrates and aquarium supplies. I've been going to them for a few years now and have always been happy with the service. The last visit, for instance, I was looking to pick up a shoal of Serpae Tetras. A tank there was full of Serpae Tetras, but the gentleman who was serving me took a close look and said, "They are looking a bit sick" and he recommended I check back in a few days. In other words, they are not so intent on trying to make money that they will push sick fish on their customers.
