Let's face it. Nobody likes to have their car towed. Whether your car breaks down or you forgot to read the sign and parked wrong, or if you had an accident, it can ruin your day.

However, Big Tow is a very professional company who follows the law and takes their time in ensuring that a vehicle is towed properly. They are efficient and courteous.

Without a doubt, Big Tow is the most professional, efficient and customer-focused Towing Company in the Tri-State Area!!  From first contact (request for tow) to final farewell (drop off at home), the staff at Big Tow went above and beyond to provide both superior service and an exceptional overall experience.  A big shout out to two of Big Tow's finest for turning a bad morning (vehicle breakdown down on the beltway on the way to work) into a great day: 1.)  Dee (Office Manager, Dispatcher, Book Keeper and the heartbeat of the company) for doing in 3 minutes what 6 other towing companies couldn't do in 20 minutes - locating and dispatching a tow truck to my location in less than 15 minutes. 2.)  Mike (Tow truck driver, great conversationalist and even better guy) for making the long drive fun and educational, and for going the extra mile (literally) to drop me off at home rather than leaving me to find my own ride home from the Auto Repair Shop.  If you EVER need a Tow, I STRONGLY recommend that you call Big Tow FIRST.  You will NOT be disappointed!!!

This company is garbage, they're a rip off, and should be shut down immediately.



Our cars were on a tow list last month for a HOA fee being a few days late, it got paid, the list was updated, but apparently not given to drivers on their first night back in our lot after two weeks when paving was occurring at our development. They towed both of our cars out even though we were not on the updated "to tow" list. HOA even confirmed it with us and the woman working the desk at Big Tow had the updated list, but the drivers didn't.



So now we have to wait at their convenience on a work day to have our cars towed back as soon as two trucks are available, or walk the 4 miles to get to their lot to pick our cars up ourselves. And there is no compensation for time or money lost?

I am Living at Gables Upper Rock for the summer. The tow truck driver watched my daughter park along the street (in residence parking only with permit). She walked inside the building to drop of an item and returned 20 minutes later to find the car towed. 20 min and $135 later. We all have jobs to do, but to sit around and wait and watch is down right dirty. Then I followed him towing another car going 55 mph in a 40 and about wrecking going around a turn. Then

There are a lot of regulations in this state. This company is knowledgeable about them and they abide them. They are professional, provide attention to detail and are awesome to work with. I would recommend them to anyone.

These guys also illegally stole our car from our parking spot.



We have a parking pass for the spot in our apartment complex, and had sold our old car on a Friday evening. Saturday night, my wife parks our new car in our parking spot at around 10pm, with our parking pass clearly displayed, and by the time we're up and out for church the next morning at 10am, the car is gone.



What's worse, the contract they're operating under clearly states that the vehicle in violation of parking rights (our permit didn't match our tags...*eyeroll*) is to be given 24 hours notice BEFORE the car is towed. We were not given even two hours notice. Plus, there is no management to notify that we had changed vehicles, as they do not work on Sundays, so the soonest we could have even done this was Monday morning.



Now they say we've got to pay to get our car back. Well, I can tell you either my apartment complex will be picking up this bill, or we're moving out next month due to breaking of our lease.

I thought my car was stolen at first, but then realized that it was towed. At first, I was really angry. When I called Big Tow, they were very professional, informative and let me know where they had picked up the vehicle and why. When I had realized I parked in a no parking zone, I could only be angry at myself. They were really friendly and nice about releasing my car. I sure will watch where I park in the future, but I would certainly call them first for any of my towing needs.

As a property manager, towing is a necessary evil. It is very difficult to find a company that is there when you need them, has a professional staff, performs patrols and goes above and beyond when residents are in need.



I have not had one problem with working with Big Tow. They have helped map out a parking plan, been accomodating to the residents when people park in their reserved spaces and helped enforce the parking rules in our community. There have not been any reports of damage to vehicles. In addition, they are always willing to answer any questions or resolve any issue. I highly recommend any property manager or other organization to try them out.

This towing company illegally lifted our vehicle from our bought parking space in our condo. My wife is 6 months pregnant and we were on our way to the hospital. As it turns out they took it due to expired tags. After I paid and showed Stan that the registration said it hadn't expired yet because we just bought the vehicle a week ago he screamed get off my lot. The police couldn't do anything about it because apparently they do it all the time and it was the third time that week they'd been called. Beware of this info before you contract a corrupt company who hires little teenagers to run their business.
