Hired Magnolia Rockville, MD in August 2014 to install a home theater system (audio, video, Control4). What was supposed to be a simple two-day job (paid in full before day 1) still has pending items 11 months later! Worse: in spite of the many emails I sent them over the last months, I haven't heard of them since... last November!This lack of professionalism and decent courtesy is striking, especially when you consider this is supposed to be a very big company.Avoid by any means: their only purpose is to sell you AV gear and walk away!
I went to the store just to grab a couple of things. Total was 4.98. I gave the cashier, mostly likely the owner as well, $10. He gave $5 back. Now the two cents is not a big deal, but just imagine if he does this to every customer. what a thief. I will not go back to this store again.
