I had the most amazing facial and spa at Timothy's Salon & Spa. You have truly changed my outlook on customer service. Every single person that I met was nothing but nice to me. Very relaxing and definitely worth trying.

Had lashes redone a couple of times, each time lashes fell off faster with each application. Last application was 2/2016. I called a week and half after install to inform salon that lashes were already half gone despite the excellent care I gave them. I was offered either a refund or reinstall. I explained that my work and travels were erratic and it may be months before I could commit to an appointment. They said ok. I presented today for the install. I was on the phone clearing up some business and ending a call. The aesthetician needed to start so I lowered the volume, turned on the speaker, and wrapped up the conversation. The manager walks into the room and starts loudly verbally reprimanding me for being on the phone and showing up several months after initial service. I should be happy because your service is being provided for free. Hang up now before I exit the room. The manager announcing that my service was free and how long I waited before I got back was unprofessional. The manager standing guard over me to hang up the phone was hostile and aggressive. Was she upset about me being on the phone or redeeming a service due to me for the poor service initially provided? Either way, she was a monster about it. I chose not to have the service done as a result. Ok. I revisited the conversation about a refund with the manager. She refused to honor the refund by stating loudly, "I don't care what you were told". I spoke to my bank and was informed that the charge could not be disputed because it was greater than 60 days ago. Fine. The bank rep called and the salon hung up on her 3 times assuming she was me. They finally spoke to her and refused to reach any resolution other than me receiving the the same service from the same aesthetician. No gift card to go to the other salon they own, or receive other services. No refund.
