        What a great business. Called one day, they made the appointment for the next day with an estimated time of arrival.This was the only place I called that actually answered the phone, and made an appointment all in one step. I highly recommend them. Thank you very much.

        They came within two hours as promised and fixed everything. The service person was neat, respectful, knowledgable, efficient and really funny. I will not hesitate to call NexGen Septics again.
