Celestino's Ny Pizza & Pasta

Love this place! The staff is friendly and the food is great. The cheese tortellini with creamy pesto sauce and the pizza with white sauce and ricotta cheese are fantastic!

The pizza here is the closest you can get to authentic new York pizza on this coast. And their garlic knots are awesome. Plus, lots of other items to choose from. Highly recommended!!!

Great pizza and many other Italian dishes on the menu. I especially like the meatball sandwich. The half sandwich is enough for a whole meal.

If you are looking for New York style pizza try Celestinos. For lunch you can get a big slice of pizza for under $4 and if you can add a large side salad for another $3. Their pizza is delicious!!!

The family loves Celestino's! This includes my parents and aunt and uncle from NY. This is as close as it gets to real NY pizza in Roseville. I usually get a large (huge) cheese pizza for the family, but everything is good from the salads to the garlic knots to the pasta and giant meatball sandwiches. Service is always friendly.

My first experience with a take-out order (pizza and ravioli) was very good. Second experience with delivery was horrible. The pizza was oily, the crust was tough and everything was lukewarm. Have you ever tried eating baked ziti with your fingers? Our order did not include utensils, plates or napkins! I called the restaurant and the rude woman who answered the phone asked me if I had requested them. That was a shocker as we were staying at a motel. Luckily, it was the last day of our trip, so we took the pasta home. The delivery man took didn't bother to say thank you to a five dollar tip. I would never consider ordering from Celestino's again.

Despite the other 1 star review I happen to think that this is as close to the real thing you can get around here. I mean seriously, have you tried all those other "NY style pizza" places they're HORRIBLE. Not to mention they've got the best pie in town. I highly recommend their philly cheese steak. I've eaten philly's all over the nation and this is hands down the best. Give it a try, you won't be disappointed.

If these guys had ever been to NY they would perhaps know what NY style pizza is. And if they have, they probably never ate pizza there. The pizza was a good size, but the dough (the secret is the dough) was TASTELESS, to say the least. The sauce has no flavor even though they were generous with their toppings. The most striking feature was the lack of courtesy by the guys. No greeting, no smile, no thank you. If your pizza sucks the least you can do is smile a little to make up for it. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND
