This is where my husband only goes for work. They are a hidden gem. Efficient and good customer service.
The folks at Rocklin Enterprise really Rock. Kudos to Rob/Katie/DJ and the others. They go out of their way to make sure you have an excellent experience. When I rent, I prefer hatchbacks, and while I understand they can't guarantee this, 9 times out 10, I have a hatchback. In one instance, when they didn't have a hatchback available, about 15 minutes later after I left the lot, I received a call from Katie who was able to locate one and wanted to know if I wanted to come back and switch. Who does this type of service today, very few companies. Thanks Rocklin Enterprise!
Excellent service! JJ assisted me with the rental, Greg assisted me with my return. Both were professional, courteous and very helpful. I also found their pricing to be very competitive with other rental agencies in the area. Great service, great price. What more can you ask for? I will always rent with Enterprise.
Bad customer service. If you rent a car from this location, you will probably encounter what I have the last 2 times I have gone. You walk in the door and see 2 employees at the front desk and 3 other employees sitting in the back of the office. There is one customer being helped and when you walk in, you don't get any kind of greeting. The only employee actually helping customers is the only employee answering phones also so not only do you have to wait for the customer in front of you, you have to wait even longer while the employee takes time to answer the phone. After about 10 minutes of waiting I was finally helped. I explained the problem I had with another location of theirs that did not have the type of car I reserved. I had even called the other location the day before to confirm they would have my car ready and they said it would be ready for me at 9 am. I get a call the day I'm supposed to pick it up at 8:51am telling me they don't have the type of car I reserved and when I get upset the employee got very rude with me so I just hung up and called the Rocklin location. I went there expecting to get at least an apology and a small discount for my troubles. I finally got the discount but only after they quoted me a price higher than I originally was quoted and I had to remind them of my troubles. The person I was dealing with was the Branch Manager and I never even received an apology. Terrible customer service.
