Bought my husband a Christmas gift a few weeks in advance from Sprint . My husband was disapponted in the drone after reading over the box simply because it works through your phone, not a separate remote control. With that, I took the drone back to the Sprint location 4 days after Christmas when he opened the gift. I have been told by the manger and cooperate customer service that you can not do a return after 14 days. I was not verbally informed about this return policy. The employee who sold me the item was well aware it was being purchased for a gift and not once brought up that it would not be able to returned after christmas (I purchased the gift almost a month in advance). I am now stuck with a $300 gift that will not be used. I have been a loyal customer for nearly 15 years consistenly paying a monthy bill. Very disappointed in the service and will no longer be recommending Sprint to friends or family. Needless to say, I am currently looking to switch to another phone company.
iphone broke due to manufactures defect, they took my phone and sent me home empty handed,spent 2 days with no loaner phone and replaced with refurbished phone that I was lied to and told was new, (no box, accessories, or paperwork). Also tried to sneak in a $43 sale of a screen protector last minute and really pressured to buy accessories. I've also been lied to before in regards to lease terms and rebates. These are unethical sales people, not customer service.
