Woman who works here is very rude. My husband has a Traumatic Brain Injury and she treated him very badly. When I called to ask what's going on (they refused to take the alternator back that we got less than a week ago. She said it didn't have her markings and she tested it herself. But when we put it in something wasn't turning in it and it snapped the belt.) she also treated me like crap. Said she wasn't an idiot and has been doing this over 30 years. She did offer to test our battery to see if it was the battery but no thanks. I'll take it to my aunt who also has been working on cars for over 30 years. She's a bit nicer than this lady who's been doing the same for 30 years but no good customer service... Need some better employees that are a little less old and bitter. Looks like money down the drain.

Car was supposed to b picked up yesterday and no one ever showed or called then was supposed to b picked up definitely before noon the next day didn't happen then were going to come in the afternoon. Now they called and said they were not going to make it today. I have sat around for 2 days for nothing. Inconsiderate and very poor customer service.
