Receptionists don't have access to ALL ROCKFORD ILLINOIS addresses.Making them very unsatisfactory. Plus they come across as extremely UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE, MISINFORMED not very Helpful at ALL.PLEASE TRAIN YOUR STAFF.MAKE MORE INFORMATION KNOWN TO STAFF.TEACH THEM TRUE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
The service is excellent. Readings are very accurate and and honest. I went for love guidance but was also given vital info about my career. You'll be blown away with how quick after a reading you'll see everything come forth. The service is very positive vibe and integrity is at its best.
I have had great service from the delivery people no complaints at all..$2.00 extra for a premium newspaper that has nothing in it got my attention...now the $4.95 activation fee BS..I have got the paper for 40 years..what the hell do they have to activate??? First thing in the morning I am cancelling the paper!!!
