Lou Bachrodt On State Certified Supercenter

I purchased a GMC vehicle from this dealership. They failed to fix a squirming steering wheel before we drove off the lot even though we were assured it was fixed. Within the first month the car had a major oil problem. A month or so later I now need a new transmission. I have put less than 1000 miles in the SUV and have had all these problems. My car is undriveable. I will never purchase a GMC or a vehicle from Bachrodt again. They sold me a lemon and could care less.

Bought my vehicle there brand new and have had nothing but trouble with the car. Took it there for service and was treated very rude and was deceived at purchase of the warranty brought it in and was told it expired. I called to make an appointment and they did not disclose this until I came in and then were very rude about it. Will not ever purchase a vehicle from them again. Also told they would talk to the service manager about (as he was "out to lunch") and see if there was anything they could do about it. Never heard back from them.
