Chili's Grill & Bar

Me and my girlfriend have come into the e state chillies 2-3 times a week for months now, not just because we love the value of the unlimited soup and salad but because of one amazing server, the first few times we came in we got a server named angel or bob who were honestly awful. We were blessed when we had the opportunity to have jesus as a server who 110% changed our minds on if we would come back again. He is the most polite hospitable and kind server we have had ever. Even when it is swamped during the lunch rush he still manages to find the time to stop at our table and ask us how we have been and how we are doing . Jesus is more than just a server to us we consider him a dear friend. Today during our visit we came in and our host recognized us right away, asked how we were and said he would go grab jesus for us. After sitting down at our table and saying hello to jesus he disappeared for a moment and we wondered where he was. Seconds later we saw him coming out of the kitchen with our drinks and food! He already knew what we wanted without us having to even order. We felt like family and told Jesus how great full we were to always come and see him. Thank you jesus!!!!!!!!

They have the best food! The mashed potatoes are awesome and the atmosphere is great.

I love Chili's because they have great food and excellent customer service. However,they have given us the wrong order or the right order with something missing from it 3 out of 7 times! This mistake is easily prevented by simply double checking the order in front of the customer. It's really annoying to drive home and then have to call, complain, and then drive back to get the right food. After all of the running around, the other food is cold. I do appreciate the gift card given for the inconvenience, and the curb side pick up, which is why I rated them as high as I did.
