        I have never had a problem with purchasing anything from Barnes & Noble either in store or on my Nook. Wonderful selection of books and magazines and movies. Love this place

        I purchased 3 books from a tab...

        I purchased 3 books from a table with the sign " Buy 2, get 1 free" and was charged for all 3 books. The cashier said the sale was over. I then proceeded to say but the signs are still on the table. She called the manager and the manager did "return a book on my credit card account. I went back to the store an hour later and the sign was still on the table. I again spoke to a manager about this and left the store. I wonder how many people were "caught" on this scam? I won't be back.
