Thank you for your prompt service to repair our Kitchen Aid washer. The technician was very nice, respectful and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend New Milford Refrigeration if you are looking for a repair man. I am sure will contact them if or when we are in need of a repair man.

I will always buy from Al Grace! My refrigerator died and they made the process of buying a new one so easy! The salesperson was so knowledgeable and knew the right questions to ask to make sure that my new refrigerator fit. The delivery crew was awesome and very professional as well. Also, they are a local business which I will always try to support over the big box stores. I will always buy everything from Al Grace
I'm not able to delete my review so I am totally changing it. Salesman Chris was amazing while I made my purchase and in resolving an installation complication. Thank you, Chris!
I noticed that the previous reviewer posted her review three years ago. I'm pleased to say the service at Ted's Appliance is just as good now as it was then. My refrigerator had a really odd problem, but Mike spotted it right away. His demeanor was quite professional and the price was very reasonable. Thank you very much!
Courteous, professional, punctual, knowledgeable, reasonable. I was and am impressed!
I have been a customer of Al Grace for as long as I have lived in Rockford and will not shop there again. We bought a Samsung TV there and turns out we found out it was a old outdated model that was over 2 years old. The person that sold us the set didnt tell us this we had to find it out from the service company that fixed it. After I did some looking into it I also fould out from a sales person at HHgregg that I could have bought a current modle for less than I paid from Al Grace. I want to always buy local but will look for other options next time.
